Mee Tai Mak is also being known as "Lou Shi Fun", made by combining of rice flour and water. This mixture is then pushed through a sieve directly into boiling water. Mee Tai Mak is commonly used in stir fries. It's also being called 'rice pin noodles', the name which comes from the noodle's shape as it looks similar to round short pins.
Health Benefits
Pasteurization that can be found in Mee Tai Mak kills harmful bacteria in food that allowing product shelf life to be extended in chilled conditions and enhances noodles' “springy” texture. Mee Tai Mak provides also the carbohydrate, protein as well as minerals.
